Great shrug!

This shrug was a surprise to me. The fabric is lovely and drapes so well. The surprising thing is that it is elasicated at the elbows and so the shrug fits snuggly and does not slip. I bought this in both colours and it is great teamed with a cami and skirt / trouser.
