I love, love, love this skirt. It fits perfectly, I had to go a size down so think they are big fitting, but the size 8 is a great fit. It looks great with black tights and a black blouse

This skirt is in a fantastic colour and what appears to be a fantastic shape too. Unfortunately the fit is not as impressive. From the back it looks very nice, but the front of the skirt is a total let down. The waist is huge and there is some puckering on the sides and this ruined the whole look. Even when I tried on a bigger size the waist was even bigger and the puckering still appeared. I do not feel that the pockets helped (nice idea though). Also perhaps the flap didn't need to be functional. Had the flap been more of a feature and not actually lifted up, maybe the skirt would have sit right a lot nicer. A couple of my friends - all different sizes tried on this skirt and we all shared the same problem. Shame, as I already purchased the black poloneck to wear with it.
